  Arbys food is always fresh and as a girl growing up with a greek stepfather I've always loved Gyros and arbys greek gyro is really good and I've never had bad service everyone's always friendly

  My husband ordered the French dip the French dip comes on a particular type of bun we ordered online for the first time using their app I pay for it I get to the store to pick up my order only to find out that they were out of this particular bun I asked my money back for that particular sandwich and they told me that they couldn't do that because it was done through the app yes they offer me other food to substitute that sandwich but that's not what we ordered and that's not what we wanted when I go on the Arby's app to try and send an email to get my money back because that's apparently the only way that you can get your money back it sends me in circles and circles and won't let me send an email so basically I am leaving without my food and without my money so I will not be coming back to this location because the employees are rude and I will not be ordering online anymore because they shouldn't allow you to order something online if you're out of it at the store where when you order at the speaker they'll let you know ahead of time that the item is not available. If I could give it a zero star I would

  Bread should not be put in the microwave. Nor should any of the food but it's worth being at a truck stop. Only reason I got it cause of convenience.

  Disappointing experience all around. We spent over $20 on a Double Beef 'n Cheddar meal and an extra classic sandwich, and the quality was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, the "Double" looked exactly the same size as the "Single." We also specifically asked for no ice in the drinks, but they were served full of ice anyway. The biggest issue, however, was the service. My wife has ordered a side of Red Ranch for over 20 years because it isn’t available in packets, and we have never been charged for it. The drive-thru worker first claimed they "didn't have it anymore," then realized her mistake only after I asked what they were putting on the actual sandwiches. An older woman then brought the sauce to the window with a massive attitude, lecturing us that she’d give it to us for free "this time" but we’d have to pay in the future. When my wife tried to explain that there was simply a misunderstanding with the first worker, the woman literally shut the window in our face. Between the overpriced, average food and the blatant rudeness, we won’t be returning to this location.

  This is by far the worst arby’s i have been too. I have tried multiple times but im not going to go back. I have more issues everytime i go. Cold food, still frozen potato cakes, old grease l, sloppy made sandwiches. I love arby’s just not this location.
