  Don’t typically leave reviews, but when a service exceeds my expectations, I feel it important to say something. I’m used to drive thrus, especially in the evening, mostly having awful service. Employees rushing you off the intercom, being rude, and just completely unpleasant overall. I went to this Arbys tonight, probably had one car in the lot and ordered some late night grub. The young man on the intercom was patient as we decided what we wanted, never rushed us, asked if there was anything else we wanted and was just incredibly kind. Same thing when we reached the window, very pleasant, and respectful. It appeared like he was by himself, though not sure. I didn’t catch his name, but the name on the receipt was Tahjjay. Just wanted to give him a shoutout. May seem like the bare minimum, but something that seems to be rare these days, gotta call it out when it’s a pleasant experience.

  Horrible place to order from. They never get the order right. 3 times in a row. They did not put the Oujus dip with the French dip. Pretty sad. Spend 20$ on one sandwich and they cant even put what you ordered in the bag

  Ordered via doordash. Didnt receive my daughters chocolate milk, and they made my sandwich wrong i said no cheddar cheese. They put cheddar cheese and removed the lettuce. Then have the nerve to have a busy dial tone. Horrible
