  I order a "suger free cookie butter smoothie" and they got it wrong for 3 TIMES IN A ROW, each time they gave me a different type of coffee which I couldent have cause im t1d and already took my medicine, wouldn't reccomend from personal experiences but staff is nice and interactive.

  I have to brag on Ms Hailey, I have worked in the food industry before and she exhibited actions that I was surprised she wasn't the manager. I arrived maybe between 2:45 -3, she acknowledged me but there was an issue in another lane and she didn't hesitate to jump into action I love that. She returned back to me and took my order and when I had questions she was very knowledgeable about the menu was able to help me, love that. They are trained to make conversation and she did that also very well. The coffee was amazing but she made my experience at 103rd Amazing. 10/10 for Miss Hailey

  Hailey (I hope I’m spelling it right lol) was SUPER nice!!! She was very patient with us and walked us through the whole process while still being energetic and bubbly! This was my sister and I first experience there and we will DEFINITELY be coming back, it’s good coffee, an amazing size, for cheap. 1000/10 would definitely recommend!!!

  Oh, yesterday I came through and the young lady that Bees in the drive-through she was holding up the car talking to them for about three minutes. They had already had the order she sent me sitting here. This is the second time this has happened and she just kept on talking nobody took my order. I’m just sitting here just sitting. Nobody said nothing and it was approximately three minutes. She apologize when I drove up nothing this is the second time this has happened so I said this time I’m calling corporate. She just sits there and talk to people. This is not a social hall. I should not have to wait for you to finish your whole entire conversation laugh and giggling with them. He’s a heavyset young lady and I couldn’t see her name, but she has long hair. The two other ladies was inside somebody had opened the back door and see me sitting there. Nobody came and took my order or nothing. I usually go to the one on Norman Boulevard, but I always come to this one cause it’s close to my house. I’m just upset because she she never apologized. Is when she hold up the line. This is not your home this is for a quick service very disappointed.

  We got all smalls and handed two mediums and one small. One was sugar free and we got fizzes and they did not tell us which was which just immediately walked away after handing over the drinks. I had questions about the drinks and wasn’t given an opportunity to ask. I get they looked short staff but we didn’t mind waiting I just didn’t have a good experience at all.
