  Manager Ashley Is Very Unprofessional. As I was waiting in line for my drink. She approaches the employee helping me and was getting on to her in front of customers. She should have pulled her to the side away from everyone. Customers do not want to see managers getting on to employees.

  Whoever is managing this location is incompetent. The only thing that is consistent here is the girls when taking your order never fail to remind you that the iPad is going to ask you a question and this is pertaining to their tip... How many times do I have to order a drink and you hand it to me and whipped cream and caramel drizzle is dripping all over the top down the sides I mean seriously this is consistent with this location this is completely uncalled for and unacceptable, and it blows me away how you can order the same drink multiple times and it's made different every time, it's like it's never made correctly and it always tastes some kind of different each time. not to mention how many times you order a large and as they're handing it to you they inform you that they are out of large straws like how am I supposed to drink this beverage with a medium straw it sinks to the bottom immediately. I should not be dealing with this type of stupidity there are too many other options in town for these types of drinks it does not have to be 7 Brew I can assure you.

  I have never been disappointed and love the kiddos that work Normandy location, they rock it!

  Employees have always been great. There are a lot of different drink options. Prices are reasonable. It is a drive through establishment.

  Coffee is good. This is my first visit and will be my last. Mediocre coffee and really poor service. The young man who helped us was rude and not helpful about menu selections at all. If you hate your job, find a new one rather than ruining everyone’s day.
