  Usually the Normandy location is acceptable but twice now I’ve gotten a few disgusting drinks from there like tonight 5/18/2026 at 7 pm. I don’t know what was in that but two sips and I couldn’t do it. I’m always on the go so I haven’t gotten any refunds. Starting to think of alternatives of which there are many. Been a regular there for a long time.

  I often frequent this location. But after today, I will stick with Starbucks or Elijanos. I ordered two lattes. One of them being without ice. I was served it in a cup and the drink didn’t even come up to half full. The price they charge for a latte and then to not even give it half full because is ridiculous!

  I’ve been a loyal patron of the Normandy Blvd location since they first opened. I love the variety of flavors and the high-energy, personal service that usually makes the wait time fly by. However, lately, the drink consistency has been off. Today’s hot Blondie was unfortunately very watered down. My order wasn't taken in the line, and once I reached the window, it felt like my drink was rushed to keep the morning rush moving. I’m sharing this because I know 7 Brew can do better—I'd love to see that original quality and attention to detail return!

  Sadly this 7brew on Normandy has become inconsistent on their products. my wife usually get the iced caramel macchiato and lately they are giving you more milk than coffee extremely light color almost no coffee and also no caramel i have to ask them to add the caramel multiple times . When they openend this stablishment on Normandy it was totally different you can see how the quality is decresing drastically. Now if you go to the one on Beach Blvd the product looks just like the one on the advertisments the caramel is noticeable the color is a rich brown color and the taste is great and strong . Clearly on the photos below you can see the difference in consistency the one with the white wall on the back is the one thas a shame!
