I love 7 brew, to start. i am very disappointed with this stand. i ordered a blackberry lemon freeze (pictured) and i received a (slightly?) blended drink, practically just lemonade. and the bottom was not mixed in correctly, just pure lemonade. we watched the girl blend them- and she was goofing off the whole time not paying attention. we also ordered a wild berry smoothie, and it had the opposite problem- you could bite down on each sip and find pieces of ice. i’m not talking here and there- so. much. ice. do yourself a favor and pass on this stand. it’s worth the drive to go to a different one- or go to dutch bros.

This 7 Brew is so nice and welcoming. A woman named Roxanne took my order and was very efficient. I received my order from a woman named Bella who was very kind and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. I have had bad experiences at other fast food services, but this place seemed like they cared. I recommend.

The current customer service crisis is very much real, and this experience genuinely blew my mind. I pulled into the left lane with my phone and app ready to order. There was one car ahead of me and absolutely no traffic behind me. I was smiling and genuinely excited to order. Before I could even finish saying hello to the employee who approached my car with the iPad, she immediately told me, “You can go ahead and pull into the next lane, that way it’s easier for you.” Except it wouldn’t have been easier for me. There was no traffic, I wasn’t holding anyone up, and there was no actual inconvenience that needed to be solved. If the location simply needed me in another lane, that’s completely understandable. But presenting the instruction as though it was for my convenience felt disingenuous. My smile immediately dropped. I said, “Oh, wow. Nope,” backed out, and left. I don’t think I’ve ever reversed out of a drive-thru that quickly. And unfortunately, this isn’t my first negative experience with the customer service at this location. On a previous visit, I personally heard employees making fun of my drink order out loud. That’s not something a customer should ever have to hear. I actually worked at a chain similar to 7Brew when I was a teenager, so I understand being busy, following a system, and keeping things moving. But I was never taught to treat customers like transactions. You can be efficient without making people feel like an inconvenience. I was ready to spend my money here. Instead, I drove across the street to another coffee shop, where I was greeted with kindness and was in and out in less than two minutes. That experience really highlighted the difference. Customer service doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s literally just, “Hi! How are you today?” A little kindness goes a very long way. This isn’t about whether a large company will survive without my individual purchase. It’s about feedback. This is how businesses learn why customers choose to leave. So yes, I left. And yes, I took my money somewhere else. That’s how you lose customers. One interaction at a time. Seeing the other reviews breaks my heart. This location used to be amazing when it first opened.

I really want to like 7 Brew because I genuinely enjoy their drinks, but unfortunately the customer service at this location has been consistently disappointing. I’ve been coming more frequently lately because I have a gift card, and almost every visit leaves me wondering why I came back. The staff is very young, which in itself is absolutely not a problem—there are plenty of young people who are fantastic employees. The issue here is the overall attitude and lack of professionalism. It often feels like the employees are much more interested in talking and hanging out with each other than helping customers. Service is slow, there’s very little sense of urgency, and several interactions I’ve had have come across as downright rude. Today was probably the last straw. There was no one else in line, and I sat at the ordering area for around two minutes while I could see three employees inside. No one came out to take my order, so I finally pulled farther forward and ended up placing my order through the app while I waited. When an employee eventually came over, there was no “sorry about the wait” or even a friendly acknowledgment. Instead, the interaction felt irritated and dismissive. When my drink was handed to me, it honestly felt like it was practically thrown at me. And unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated experience. I’ve had enough unpleasant interactions here that it has completely changed how I feel about coming to this location. I like the drinks, but good coffee isn’t enough to make up for consistently rude service. A coffee run should be a quick, pleasant part of your day—not something that puts you in a worse mood afterward. I’ll use the remainder of my gift card, but after that I don’t plan on returning. Scooter’s is right next door, the coffee is just as good, and every experience I’ve had there has been friendly, welcoming, and efficient. At this point, that’s where I’d much rather spend my money.

Gosh the workers here at this location are just awful. Every time I go there, I’m such in a great mood and so excited to finally get myself a coffee after a long day and then I pull up to take my order and my mood is brought down immediately. These workers are constantly judging and have the worst attitude ever. And then some of these special deals, the workers are literally taking handfuls and what they are supposed to be giving out and then telling us customers they ran out. LIKE OBVIOUSLY YALL RAN OUT BECAUSE YOU STUFFED YOUR CARS WITH 5-10 NEEDOHS. Holy moly, never coming back ever again. I’ve had it up to here with this location.
