Last night, I ordered 12 crispy tacos and a large nacho fries. They made me pull around and wait at the front door for my order, to fool their corporate timers, which are useless because they just make the customer move away from the window so that the long time won't count against them. The lobby was closed since it was around midnight, so when the woman came with my food, she had to unlock the door with a key and come out, and that's probably is a security risk. I immediately ate a nacho fry, and it was cold and limp. Not just lacking heat; it was cold. I let her know the fries were cold, and she just looked annoyed, took them, and and didn't apologize or say a single word to me. Ten minutes later, nobody had brought my fries. I drove up to the speaker at the drive thru and said it's been 10 minutes and I'm still waiting on my fries while my tacos are getting soggy and it doesn't take 10 minutes to make fries. She talked over me when I was speaking, and then a man said you can come to the window. When I pulled up to the window, there was a gentleman that was friendly, kind, apologized and handed me the fries immediately, but he shouldn't have been the one to give an apology. Employees like him should be promoted and those who treat customers poorly should definitely not be in charge and should receive more training and be monitored. Apparently, the fries were ready but the woman just never brought them out to me. She was rude, and it seemed like she was just punishing me for asking for them to give me fries that weren't cold and limp (gross), which I had paid for! Thick fries only take 4 minutes and 30 seconds to fry at home, so 10 minutes it intentionally withholding the food to inconvenience me. It wasn't busy, just an occasional car, and I saw the woman in there talking the whole time I was waiting. This was the first and last time I'll be going to this location. There are two others in range where I can spend my money.

I’ve been here multiple times now, and a couple times they tell me that they can’t break $100 bill. Mind you my order was close to $30. So they couldn’t give me $60-$70 change back. Another time, they told me to pull around to the front, because my order was messed up so they have to remake it? Mind you again, nobody was behind me in the drive thru! Get to the front and park, about 4/5 employees are going in and out the restaurant to a car next to me. Just talking, drinking drinks, than run in and run back out. Meanwhile I’m sitting in my car with 3 kids, and they are just cursing, smoking, and hanging out at this car next to me. Saying they don’t wanna go in and hear people fuss. Just so messy. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Tried to add a drink to my order forgot because I was getting rushed she said it was possible I guess pouring a soda that takes 10 seconds is too much to ask for
