  me and my hubby got two pizzas it was a medium pepperoni and a large cheese. And I got a large pepperoni and a medium cheese. The only problem with this Is I, don’t eat pepperoni this is for him and my son, I called them and explained the situation and she immediately offered me a remake. I was not able to catch her name but she sounded very young and sweet.This made me extremely happy knowing they actually cared about my problem and they wanted to fix it.

  Very attentive service. Went there and Emily was so helpful and working hard. You can tell she really pushes the tempo around this joint. I felt like I was watching 2018 LeBron James carry the weight of the world on his shoulders. I will definitely be returning.

  Ordered takeout for a birthday dinner! We had several speciality pizzas, picky eaters and a pretty big order. Emily helped and made sure everything went flawless. She was very patient and doubled checked out order at the end to make sure it was all correct. Thanks so much for the great service.

  Tried Pizza Hut at the Jax Beach location recently, and overall, it was a solid experience. The pizza came out hot with that classic crispy-on-the-edges, soft-in-the-middle crust Pizza Hut is known for. The toppings were generous, and everything tasted fresh—not overly greasy like some locations can be. The service stood out the most. Staff were friendly, quick to take orders, and kept things moving even during a busy time. The place itself was clean and had a relaxed, casual vibe that works well whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or taking home pizza. The wait was shorter than expected, but it wasn’t unreasonable given how busy they were. Overall, dependable quality and good service—definitely a go-to spot if you’re in the area and craving classic Pizza Hut.
