- KKKatelyn4 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. I asked for a CHEESE quesadilla and she pulled out the kids 6 inch. I asked for the regular size because that’s what I’ve always gotten at any chipotle in any state I’ve been to. The girl responded that she couldn’t give me the bigger tortilla because it would be too much back n forth. Which confused me because with the kids tortilla she still had to go down and get the cheese. She still had to take the same steps with the kids that she did with the regular tortilla. And then tried to charge me $6 for the kids tortilla. Absolutely not! This is not the service I should be receiving at Chipotle. Highly disappointed.

This was my 2nd time ever getting chicken... it was good... but not by choice. I'm sure it was just an off day... hope to visit again and the store is on point.
