I’ve never in 20 years seen a chipotle employee roll a burrito the way they were trained at this location. Chipotle corporate would freak out if they saw how they are rolling their burritos here. It’s very annoying. Also the rice is always either undercooked or over salted. Guacamole is not consistent. Nothing is consistent - which is the opposite of how a franchise should operate.

Was told they dont touch the lettuce that often after handling dairy and gluten. Extremly salty food. Tough rice grains. No fresh lettuce. Still had to pay full price. Horrible. Won't go back. Don't recommend that location.

The service outside of one or two people is awful and the food is never replenished in busy times. Very disappointing and surprised it’s gone this long without improvement.
