And Haley, who could have let me pay for my coffee and leave, but she notified me there's a promo and I got the coffee free. I never go into fast food restaurants I don't eat fast food it makes me feel like garbage, but sometimes I find myself in places like McDonald's just to purchase coffee. And there's just simply no comparison to the atmosphere to the quality of worker and Haley is a terrific embodiment of that. She's an absolute sweetheart, and a shining example of what customer service and brand representation should look like. Thank you Haley!
