My daughter really can’t have super cold drinks … the girl on the speaker who was a shift leader said “we can’t do no ice” Which I responded “well I’ve always got it with no ice” … we normally go to Beverly Hills since we live right there. She informed me again they can’t make it with no ice… not this location. The same owners own every Dunkin in the county. Just confused I mean you could charge for more oat milk? It was just annoying! You should always figure out a way to give the customer what they are asking for.
