As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Towards the end, she agreed to fix the order the following day. I went back the following day to order the sandwiches, as I had been asked to do. This is the video to show that interaction. The night before, when we ordered the food, there was an issue where she got loud and very rude to the point I had to ask her why she was being so rude so with all the other employees available, I don’t understand why she had to be the one to ask me if it was one sandwich or all that was a special order. Even though we ordered the four and said, one of them was extra lettuce, add pickles and tomatoes. Still, I calmly said to her, it was only one that had the extra lettuce with added tomatoes and pickles( the sandwiches were 4 spicy doubles which we had ordered the night before) without being provoked, as you can clearly see and hear, she told me if I was going to have a problem with her, she would trespass me. I asked politely again, for her to give me my money back and I would be fine but she told me, “You're not getting your money back” and she had a very nasty attitude as you can clearly hear and see in the video. We spend entirely too much money there every month and have only had an issue with her. The manager with the blonde hair is nothing like her. I did end up getting active because I had taken all I could take from her. I feel like she was taking my kindness for weakness and was trying to bully me but just because I let her talk to me the way she did, the night before and that day, doesn't mean I'm willing to let her take my money. I want my money. We never even left the store with the food, we parked, saw that they were singles, and drove right back around where she began yelling. I believe RACE, played a major role in how she treated us because as you can see, she could have easily de-escalated the situation and given me my money back when I asked. Since when do checkers offer you half of your money back or food the next day, just to harass someone about some food? Does she work on commission? If I was checkers, I'd start paying close attention to her because there is more than just her hate for black people. I believe that's why you never see any black employees. Well, apparently you can’t add videos but I have them both and I will be contacting cooperate with them. This is ridiculous. If I have to upload it on Facebook, to get their attention and my money back, I will! Was I right in the way I acted in the end? Heck no, but who could have kept their composure as long as I did especially when you go to a restaurant and have them straight up steal your money, you work for. I guarantee you, nobody. I'm not anybody for you to bully sweetheart. She acted like she wanted all the smoke at the window, but then dialed them, folks. I don't understand that. No way would I steal somebody's money, talk trash, and then play the victim. To the workers that I’m used to seeing, sorry for the way that I acted, how I lost my cool but y'all know what it is, even if you can’t say it. Just saw this response on 6-7-2026 so yes, I will be reaching out.
