    This place was a complete joke. The food was horrible, everthing overpriced or an added charge. We hadnt been to a chipotle since moving to FL 8 years ago. It used to be good where we lived before. Now, a complete waste. Nothing missed.

    For a franchise I think Chipotle's food is reasonably decent. The food seems to be fresh and portions are adequate. The issue I have with it is I can't stand cilantro, is that pretty makes this place a no go for me. There's cilantro in the rice and in the fresh tomato salsa.

    I was charged $2.85 for guacamole that I did not order (nor received on my bowl...see picture of bowl). I let the cashier know but she was overwhelmed so I let it go. I drove right home (I live nextdoor to the Chipotle) and my food was room temperature...not even warm...the meat tasted like coagulated, room temperature fat. When I was there, the shift manager kept trying to take food temps in different places in the pans to get an acceptable reading... I expect food poisoning from improper temp storage of food. VERY disappointed in this close restaurant!!!!

    I love Chipotle, but this particular location is the worst. I’ve been to this location once when it first opened and recently again, and the experience hasn’t improved. Really bad service and poor food quality. I usually order a bowl with rice and protein, but it feels like they’re using a teaspoon to serve the portions. The serving size is very small and not worth the price. The rice is also consistently not fresh.

    I have been to this location a bunch of time and agree with all the reviews saying the portions are inconsistent and usually less than you would fine at other locations. Also, they are always out of something! Always! Last time it was chips literally at the beginning of the dinner rush (5pm ish). Protein food temp is usually cold. The staff is friendly enough but agree they look lost and absolutely terrified to over do it on any single portion. Oddly enough if you order pick up the portions seem to be better. I know it takes time for new locations to find the right rhythm and consistency and I am sure they will get there in time.
