- MMM MillerApr 25, 20264.0I do not understand why the owners of this place don't put a LARGE Dunkin sign visible in both directions right on A1A; there's a big list sign for "Seaside Center" with a space for the sign. The one on S. Harbor Freeway, with more difficult parking and harder pull-in and out, has a large visible sign and has steady business; this one, in our experience doesn't, and it seems to us - has for a few years - it's because people don't see it and since it isn't on the "Seaside Center" list it might be closed. Also, so few people go in there, you might think it was closed because the parking lot facing A1A is completely empty. Put a couple of employee cars in there as encouragement! The staff here have always been very pleasant to us. We like Midnight brew and they don't seem to carry it anymore though they were willing to make a dark brew by some other means;, but it took additional time. Putting Midnight back on the brew choices would entice us back more often. Most important, though: a SIGN next to the road,

It would be either burnt food items or as of recent as this morning instead of receiving the large hot chocolate drink that I ordered; I was given a large watered down coffee. Not knowing my health condition and why I can’t have caffeine; On top of them, not even refunding me for just my drink order; So, I’ll be inconvenienced even more with speaking to corporate after driving back to the store from my job. I would had much appreciate the honesty of stating they don’t have hot chocolate versus playing with my intelligence in the attempt to see if they can push off a “similar looking” item and then when I drive off, they’ll hope I don’t return or say anything. Because of that audacious is why I’m going above and beyond now.
