- LJLisa Joyce6 days ago1.0My friend and I stopped there earlier today to order inside. There were 2 female staff members working at the time. Upon arrival, there was an elderly lady waiting ahead of us, at the counter, who had to ask to be helped. Both employees were more concerned and focused on the drive-thru customers, than those who were, patiently and politely, waiting inside. Neither employee knew how to properly function the computer system and were on the phone with mgt, nor did they greet the lady or us!!! They, finally, provided service to the lady ahead of us, then walked away. My friend was being polite and patient by saying, "We're in no hurry." Well, needless to say, we were never approached, greeted, nor helped at all while standing there for 20+ minutes!!! While both employees continued to walk and stand in front of us, though were concerned and focused on the drive-thru!!! So, we walked out after standing and waiting patiently!!!! The service was absolutely horrendous!!!!! We will never return to this location ever again!!!! Also, I will never recommend anyone to ever use this location!!! The employees should not be unsupervised without an experienced mgr on duty!!! It was the worst customer service I have had in years!!! I work in the hospitality industry, and today's experience is not how to increase your sales!!! It was a horrible experience. My friend was being thoughtful, kind and generous by stopping for coffee and a treat. Although, your employees destroyed a happy and peaceful vibe with their rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate customer service skills!!! Kudos to you. If you don't know what you're doing or can't handle the position, then don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!!! Because, unfortunately, your employees are affecting customers!!!

To my delight, the employee working the drive through at around 6:40 provided me with excellent service. Not once have I experienced such amazing service that I felt the need to write a review, but her attitude brightened my day and I knew I needed to write my first review in order to thank her. 10/10 will stop by this Dunkin again for the excellent service next time my travels take me on this stretch of A1A. I would like to thank the employee, who I wish I had caught the name of, greatly for providing me with the best drive through experience I've ever had. - The Clown
