  This Dunkin donuts in immokalee need to tell their workers to have a good personal hygiene. I stopped there for a cup of coffee and the coffee lid smells like she went to the restroom and didn't wash her hands. The smell was disgusting, 🤮 never again I would eat at this Dunkin donuts.

  This is the absolute worst Dunkin ever. This Dunkin is close to my work and unfortunately there’s not many options around so I’ve gone a few times and within those few times they haven’t had food a single time. They say they aren’t making food right now. “Right now” more like EVER I came at 12pm and they still had no care in the world and said “I don’t know maybe come earlier” um?? 12 is a perfect early normal time to get food and y'all are open all day!! Customer service is horrible I don’t even think there’s a manager in this place it’s all immature teenagers who can’t do a simple job god bless this place.

  I asked for 3 items, Elizabeth forgot my snackin bacon. I told Elizabeth I don’t want burnt or crunchy bacon. I got the 3 items. The sandwich wrap was fresh. The bacon had 2 good pieces covering burnt, crispy, crunchy bacon that tasted charred. I called back 4x but they don’t answer the phone so guess what I’ll be getting my $3 back on my return trip from Miami. Very disappointed because 1 I wanted my bacon and 2 Elizabeth said the bacon would not be burnt - look like they scraped up all the old crusty pieces. Ugh and I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru.

  If you are from Immokalee and enjoy Dunkin', please review your receipts. There have been reports of tips being charged without customer consent. On three separate occasions, I visited the store, including yesterday when I called several times without success. The manager informed me that they have a new system, which might have caused me to accidentally select a tip option. I visit the location regularly for coffee or hot chocolate and usually do not check my receipts, hoping that honest practices are maintained. However, this time I noticed a tip amount of $3.84 was added without my knowledge. The staff at the window did not mention the option to add a tip; they simply announced the total and processed my card. Additionally, when I requested my receipt, the manager, Elizabeth, became unprofessional, refused to return it, and asked me to enter the employee station. I felt accused and frustrated because she kept attributing the issue to the new system, which led to a heated exchange. Despite multiple requests to see my receipt, the situation was not resolved, and I left disappointed.

  The service was okay, not so enthusiastic but respectful. That matters. The food was great.
