  If you have to call the store to modify your order or for anything then you won't be able to and you get connected to a pizzahut call center instead of the actual people making your order. Then these people at the call center act like it being ok to be transferred to a call center and act like you are inconveniencing them because you are supposed to be ok with not being able to talk to a live person at the store making your order. What people think that being transferred to a call center instead of the actual store making your food is more convenient and easier for people? Enough with the AI and not being able to speak to a live person.

  Stop it. They just gave me a large pizza for $13. I didn't even know there was a deal. They are also really nice, so there's that.

  Ordered a pan pizza and received the thinnest Pizza on the planet that was overcooked and gross. Had to drive back to the store to return it was not even given an apology. Refund was given with no comments or concern for the fact that dinner was ruined and I had to go around the corner to another pizza place. Will not be returning, not the first bad experience with this place unfortunately. I would give no stars if possible.

  I ordered a deep dish pan pizza and it was literally flat and hard. I can't believe someone would actually box this up and give it to a customer. Never going back.

  The pasta portions are now half the size they used to be but still cost the same, making it not worth it. The pasta arrived cold, overly greasy, and almost nauseating, and the cheese sticks were just as greasy. I couldn't finish either. I won’t be ordering again. Delivery was through Grubhub, but the app had the wrong directions to my address. To make matters worse, I chose front door drop-off, but the driver’s app required a handoff. Since I can’t open the door because of pets trying to escape, the delivery person couldn’t change it and ended up standing on my porch for 10 minutes trying to sort it out—10 minutes that the food sat outside.
