  I’m so beyond frustrated with this Dunkin’ Donuts initially I was excited when they opened since there was something closer to my house but every single time I’ve gone there they’ve forgotten something or messed something up and are rude about it. Today I literally ordered two things a doughnut and hashbrowns and there was nobody else in line on the inside or the outside. It was just me and it still took about seven minutes for me to get anything or see a person for that matter and then when I do see the Person she seemed like she didn’t want me there or that I was being an inconvenience I pay, and she handed me the bag with my donut in it and I say thank you and she just gives me one of those fake smiles and I pull away thinking all of my food is in one bag because I’m in a hurry which is the only reason that I stopped in the first place come to find out there’s no hash brown, and they put the parchment paper right on top of the frosting so all of my frosting came off of the doughnut

  food was burnt.. service was terrible. walked in for a mobile order and the little girl rolled her eyes at me when she asked me if i’m picking up for this order, i said yes and she just stared at me and rolled her eyes after i said yes a little louder assuming she didn’t hear me. proceeds to slam the bag down and completely ignored me. bruh don’t be working customer service if you cant give out any respect. as someone who works in customer service this was insane. everyone else was sweet but the that one.
