Take the extra second and place the donut right side up, instead of dropping it frosting side down. I don't understand how it takes 10-20 minutes from placing order to exiting the drive thru, almost daily. Are they that understaffed?

Everyone else I ordered for didn’t mind the mix up but as someone so heavily dislikes bagels this ruined my morning :) Drive the extra distance to go to a different dunkin that won’t mess up your entire order.

- JAJayde AllenMay 19, 20261.0I’m so beyond frustrated with this Dunkin’ Donuts initially I was excited when they opened since there was something closer to my house but every single time I’ve gone there they’ve forgotten something or messed something up and are rude about it. Today I literally ordered two things a doughnut and hashbrowns and there was nobody else in line on the inside or the outside. It was just me and it still took about seven minutes for me to get anything or see a person for that matter and then when I do see the Person she seemed like she didn’t want me there or that I was being an inconvenience I pay, and she handed me the bag with my donut in it and I say thank you and she just gives me one of those fake smiles and I pull away thinking all of my food is in one bag because I’m in a hurry which is the only reason that I stopped in the first place come to find out there’s no hash brown, and they put the parchment paper right on top of the frosting so all of my frosting came off of the doughnut
