She applied the credit back but it was inconvenience , They didn’t argue as if they knew they are old donuts from two days ago, They never offer the fresh glazed doughnut, which they have on the rack on the side!!!

When I mentioned I have came here on separate occasions and the same lady was rude. It was expressed that they understood but couldn’t do anything about it. If you have a bad attitude, then you shouldn’t be taking orders and dealing with customers. Hate to sound like a Karen, but the croissant was burnt as well. Coffee was good though 👍
- KRK RSep 14, 20261.0Never coming back to this Dunkin’ again, my hashbrowns were burnt, and the barista was an absolute night mare, extremely rude, told me I was at the wrong location instead of just asking for a different name the drink might be under, so I ordered a 2nd drink at this location thinking she was right. She wasn’t. I said how it might be under a different name and she said it still wasn’t, when her coworker stepped in and said it was right here, in which I said great, there’s two of them since she said I didn’t order at this location. She was extremely confrontational and shouldn’t be working in the front if she doesn’t want to work with the general public.
- ARAriana ReidSep 12, 20265.0I absolutely love this Dunkin! Deb is an amazing manger. She always puts her employees first. Last year she had Santa come out for the kids. Every time she sees my kids her face lights up and vice versa. In the beginning of January one of her employees went into cardiac arrest and she did cpr til the ambulance arrived and then made a donation jar for his family to help cover any bills that needed to be paid while he was in the hospital. When you walk into that dunkin it’s always clean and you hear and see all the employees laughing and getting along. It’s like they’re one big happy family. You wouldn’t get that kind of atmosphere if the management was bad. As long as Deb is here I’ll continue to support this business.

There was one car in the drive thru and two people getting served their coffee as I walked in and that’s it. I waited for close to ten minutes before an employee begrudgingly came over to me to take my order- zero kindness, zero hospitality. The cards were slammed on the counter and the box with the donut was slid across the counter without even a goodbye. Made me feel like a giant inconvenience for not being able to order on the screen and needing a human to fill my gc order.
