  I went through drive through, got a latte and 10 munchkins, it was $8.87, I handed the girl a $20, she gave me change for a $10. I told her I gave her a $20 and she got smart, No you didn’t! I assured her I did, I only had 5 $20’s and 4 $1’s in my wallet, which I had just got the 20’s from the bank. Another lady came up and said that she keyed $10 in, I said well idk what she keyed in I gave her a $20 and there is a camera right there, check it. She told me to pull around front and she would call her manager and have them check the camera. I sat for 30 mins and no one came out. I am emailing corporate, not because the $10 is that big of a deal, but because the girl got smart with me, and no one even tried to resolve the problem. I also didn’t get my munchkins. I frequent this store (14048 Hwy 19 in Hudson Fl) a lot, but won’t anymore. Just beware, this could happen to anyone.

  Currently in line with 4 cars in front, each car is taking 10 minutes. I don't know if they don't have a specific drive thru person or each car is taking long to order but it's ridiculous. The good is good, coffee good but the workers need some pep in their step. We have to get to work and being in their line for an hour isn't going to cut it. It's definitely the workers because the guy in front of me isn't even ordering. So they are literally doing one customer's complete order before taking the next.

  Drive thru is confusing people are coming from all different directions to get into the drive thru and cutting you off left and right. Coffee was fresh and hot, staff were friendly

  asked for an everything bagel, got a plain without being told they were out of them. service at the window was also not good as she seemed upset she was at work in the first place. ps maybe dont work in customer service if you cant provide good service. do better

  This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They never have lemonade. They never have donuts. What is the point of having a Dunkin’ Donuts? If you can’t get even the donuts, I don’t know who is in charge of ordering stuff for the store, but they’ve definitely dropped the ball.
