  Went about 9 tonight in the drive thru. Ordered 2 potatoe tacos, a chicken cantina and a steak nacho...they were rude, very condescending while talking to my husband to the point he even apologized and asked if they were alright.. we asked for a steak nacho and they claimed no steak and said we asked for chicken fries. Idk how they got chicken fry from steak nacho. I ended up with 4 pieces of chicken strip in a nacho bell grande and 4 potatoes in my potato taco. Im not sure what is going on with this taco bell but corporate dont seem to care as neither does the franchise owner. We were the only car in line. They threw waded up crumpled napkins on top like they balled them in their fist and threw them in...ridiculous to act so hateful to a complete stranger when your literal job is customer service. Better work on that...either way we wont be back. Tara was the cashier on the receipt, it was a big woman and another brown haired female in the back. Totally hateful! Really wish corporate could do a walk in.

  Hate that every time anyone goes to any Taco Bell, not just this one that the employees force you to use the kiosks. No one wants to touch those germ infested things and Also they take away jobs.

  Every time I go to this Taco Bell they do NOT add enough beef or chicken to anything I order. I decided to go into Taco Bell to complain to the manager, and the manager was worse than the food. We advised the manager that everything is always empty, not enough beef or chicken and she got very defensive. She didn’t even try to address the problem. She just shoved it off and didn’t want to hear it. I would not advise going into this Taco Bell at all. It’s a rip off and with managers like that I would never go back.

  So I went in there at 1245 ordered by 1249. I'm sitting in my car at 1:09. Because I walked out the girl behind the counter, looked at me and said, we're working on your order. We're just short-staffed you'll have to wait after she served three people in front of me. So bad review, bad customer service, no attention. Won't be going back.
