  Gross! Dirty! Pizza dough left out on counter in the metal tray! Flies flying around the food! Driver came in as I was waiting for my online order that they hadn't even started making yet, anyway he came in started helping make the pizzas didn't even wash his hands! Like just gross! Someone should report them the store is gross I don't even know how they pass inspection.

  called for over 20 minutes walked into the store still on hold with papa johns its friday ask if they were answering their they were not answering their phone said that if he had to stop to answer the phone and stop making pizzas while he was at the counter taking orders then no pizzas would get made and we'd have to make wait 30 minutes for our pizza the whole time my phone was on speaker and I absolutely heard no phone ringing so obviously they turned off the ringer this is by far the worst customer service I've ever met I haven't eaten them in over seven years because their pizza sucked well their customer service sucks just as bad I tried to give them another chance I'll never do that again I highly recommend that you go to any other pizza place besides Papa John's not that the cashier was rude on the heavyset younger guy so we walked out without placing an order at all went down the road to another pizza place which were more wet way more convenient and much more obliging

  I don’t know what is wrong with the employees here the last few years but they intentionally ignore customers at the front counter until someone gets their attention. Several times I have come in to pick up food and they are making personal phone calls or talking to one another, walking by customers like you aren’t even there. They clearly don’t want to work there and clearly no one is going to change this problem. I love papa John’s food so it will be worth it to go out of my way to another location for now on.
