  Sometimes my drinks are on point, sometimes they're ok. I have not ordered any food, other than donuts at this location (which were the usual quality). Not the worst Dunkins I've experienced. However, sometimes no one pays attention to the front. And when someone does finally peek up front, they don't say anything, and quickly disappear back out of sight. And sometimes there are employees that are attentive and friendly. I suppose I'd call them mediocre, overall. For reference, I've been to well over 150 Dunkins locations (probably even closer to 200), spanning across 8 states.

  I now know why they changed thier name from dunkin doughnuts, to just Dunkin bc the doughnuts you get are terrible , they are old an taste stale, the saving grace for our order was the girl made good coffee!

  STOP GOING TO DUNKIN! WAKE UP CITRUS COUNTY! Why was I up charged $10 for not tipping? My total was $16.23 y’all charged my card $26.23 after I hit no tip. Yall auto tip $10? For what? Fraud? For half ass service and to steal money. All Dunkin’s in citrus county need to be shut down for fraud and theft from every customer that chose no tip. Smh 🤦‍♀️ what is wrong with this company.

  I really hope corporate sees this because what goes on at this location is unacceptable and sad: I’ve came to this Dunkin frequently, and I’ve witnessed several interactions where customers were spoken to with unnecessary attitude. One manager in particular, Christina, always seems irritated and responds to simple questions in a dismissive and rude way. Her tone comes across as very condescending, which makes no sense because the drinks are wrong most of the time. Her behavior makes the experience uncomfortable for customers. Customer service should feel welcoming, but the atmosphere here often feels tense. You can also tell that employees seem uneasy when she’s around, which makes the entire environment feel stressful instead of friendly. And not only i’ve seen it, but I’ve overheard a lot of employee complaints about her because she’s so rude and takes her anger out on everyone! No one would like coming to work to deal with something like that! Management should seriously look into what’s happening at this location. Both customers and employees deserve to be treated with patience and basic respect. And if you’re reading this, Christina: taking your stress out on customers and staff is NEVER acceptable. We shouldn’t have to tolerate your behavior when all we want is a simple coffee and treats. It’s not hard to be kind. Customers don’t work in your company, therefore we don’t know the policies; so we would all appreciate if you stopped being condescending towards us. Dunkin should know better than to tolerate this kind of behavior from someone in a management position! That is never okay, educate your management better because all you’ll gain is angry customers and drops in selling!!!!!
