My husband and I stopped here for the first time for tacos initially after dropping our truckload in Homestead, Florida, and we came to notice they also have wings and fries. The wait time was a little longer than usual just for 6 wings each and fries, I believe, because they are handmade, but the customer service we received was 5/10. I don’t know if this is a family-owned business, but the chef he was okay; he is just not showing that he’s fully ready for the restaurant business. He was wearing open-toe shoes like a pair of Coach sandals and a gold chain, I believe. If you are coming here to work, you should have the proper attire and hair net. He only had one glove on as if he’s too cute to come to work and make money. At the end of the day, money does not discriminate, but customers do, and they will not pay for your work ethic if you are showing you’re not ready. When you are coming to work to make money, you must be ready at all times, including in how you dress. We did pay almost $50 for our meal, which I do think is very expensive for such a small portion of food. There are improvements that can be made here.
In response to the Owner who said I could not wait 12 minutes: let’s lay out facts that you are not being truthful. We waited more than 20 minutes for our meal that was only for 6 wings. We were also not accommodated, for the statement you served hard-working customers. We did pay $50 for our meal, there are many fresh wing restaurants with freshly made chicken wings but it’s not going to take almost 1 hour to make 6 wings. Let’s just be honest, let’s just be quite frank, as I said improvements should be made.
