  I arrived at 1:25 and no one answered the window. After pulling up, I was told that you were already closed. If service is no longer available by 1:25, I would respectfully suggest revising the posted hours to reflect that, so customers aren’t making the trip expecting to be served.

  I NEVERRRR have an issue here but today was the day! Order over $30 worth of food for my family before we got on the expressway. Told LUCY 3 times, please no lettuce I’m allergic. She said ok all three times, got the smash burger and it was extra lettuce on there ! I had already got on the expressway so I tried to call and let her know I’ll be back later so I don’t miss my son’s appointment. She answered the phone and I explained what happened she hung up the phone in my face, no words no apology , I called back and asked her why did she hang up, she said she don’t take orders over the phone, then told me to bring it back. Again , went back no apology, no courtesy for the mistake , she didn’t come back to the window! I just requested a refund! Simply things and respect can go a long way

  I came to the drive thru today at 1:10 am and the women told me they are closed they are not going to take my order. Google clearly says open until 2 am they just don’t want to work !!!

  We were in the drive-through line for over 15 minutes, then when they took our order, the guy said there was no ice cream and he said “I can explain why so you don’t file a complaint.” When we drove off, we could clearly see him through the glass window celebrating that he didn’t have to do it. It’s upsetting because it looked like they just didn’t want to make it.

  Today was my first time ordering through drive thru and it went well. The food was tasty best wrap out of McDonald’s and bks. Will be coming back :)
