Fui a comprar mi lunch y su trato fue tan cálido, paciente y atento que convirtió una comida sencilla en una experiencia muy agradable. Se nota cuando alguien atiende con genuino cariño y buena disposición. Gracias, Sra. Lourdes, por su excelente servicio y por hacer sentir tan bien a los clientes. Personas como usted dan ganas de volver.

Got a family meal with one whole chicken, rice and beans, and dinner rolls for under $20. The gentlemen at the register at the drive thru was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this location.
- TST SMALLApr 4, 20262.0Placed my order and was told to pull forward because an item was missing. After waiting about 15 minutes with no update, I went inside to ask about it. An employee tried to give me the wrong item, and when I pointed it out, they brought back the same incorrect portion again. When I asked if it was the correct size, the employee rudely said “yeah” while walking away. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a 45-minute ordeal. Very disappointing service. Pollo Tropical management should seriously consider sending a secret shopper to this location.
