I picked up a chicken meal, and the piece was extremely small. The rice terrible flavor waoooo🥲🥲🥲On top of that, it was not fresh at all. It honestly seemed like it had been reheated before or maybe even overcooked/burnt. It’s really disappointing to see the quality go down this much. Honestly, I felt like I completely wasted my money buying this lunch.

Tropichops don't have toppings specifically asked for. Meats are ALWAYS undercooked. Sauces are missing. The employees don't have the desire to work. If you don't have the items, don't say you do and charge for it and then not provide. I personally do not eat from this dump. But I feel bad for my employees who request it and end up with terrible service/food. This place needs to get rid of it's current management and employees and start fresh.
