  I had a very nice experience here with a crew member i spoke to his name was Kevin and he was very polite and well mannered dude. He told me some recommendations and when that pizza came out man was it good. 10/10 place 10/10 Kevin

  The "manager" Yamila is the worst person I came across in a while. There's only one word I can describe someone like her: trash 🗑 I placed an order with TWO "any LARGE pizza", which entitles in any large pizza with up to 5 toppings. Somehow for one of them it automatically selected medium when it says LARGE PIZZA up top. I showed the manager Yamila the promo code and what it said. Since it's the websites fault, I asked her to remake the pizza. She refused to remake it. She is absolutely rude, careless, insensitive and she just stare at us with mockery. This is by far the worst experience with customer service experience I had. I have screenshots of the promotion and what it says. So since she refused to remake the pizza. I asked for a refund. She did refund it. Which I find it worrysome from a business perspective, instead of fixing an issue, she chose to give the restaurant a loss, and to lose a long time costumer. Obviously from now on, we will pick Domino's, Papa John's or Little Ceasars from now on. Until we can purchase Pizza Hut from a different location. What a shame, I feel terribly for this franchise owner. My recommendation is, pick a person that has the proper skills to represent management. This girl ain't it.

  Pizza Hut has amazing deals if you go online and look them up I have the app I usually go on the app and order online they have a large $10 pizza with three toppings you can't go wrong with that

  My pizza was hot and fresh. The customer service was top tier:). I decided to try the cinnamon sticks for the first time and they are delicious thank you Pizza Hut Florida city great job 👏

  Super rude employee tried to argue with me about an order I place 15 mins before closing. Just a small personal pan pizza order. This was late last night around 1145pm. He was was not helpful and was extremely unpleasant. Not a way to treat your customers. Even a lady called me over the phone to tell me I placed the order late before closing. Technically they were still open. So I think they still should have honored my order. I will not be back. No wonder I heard they are going out of business. I see why!
