  Visited Panera Bread in Homestead this evening, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to Miriam for her outstanding customer service. It was around 5:36 PM, and when my wife asked for decaf coffee, Miriam explained that they did not have any decaf coffee made at the time. However, she immediately offered to make a fresh batch for her. My wife then told her it was okay and that she didn’t want her to go through the trouble, but Miriam kindly insisted and said it wouldn’t take long at all. That level of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. During our last visit to this same location, we did not have the best experience with customer service, so Miriam’s kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. Thank you, Miriam, for making sure your customers feel valued and taken care of, no matter what time of day it is. Great customer service like yours deserves to be recognized!

  I’ve been ordering from various Panera Bread locations for several years now, and for over a year, I’ve been ordering very frequently via the app specifically for Drive-Thru pickup—since, like many people, I’m short on time. However, this is the first location I’ve encountered where—even if I place my order through the app 15 to 20 minutes in advance—when the app notifies me that my order is ready for pickup, I still have to wait in line for an additional 15 to 20 minutes just to tell them I’ve arrived, at which point they finally start preparing my order. What is the point of ordering through the app if I still have to keep waiting even after it tells me my order is ready?

  I absolutely love coming to this Panera Bread in Homestead! Every visit is consistently a great experience, and a big part of that is thanks to Jennifer. She is truly amazing always so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. She works quickly without ever making you feel rushed, and her positive attitude makes the whole atmosphere even better. Jennifer always takes the time to give great recommendations, and she never disappoints which is highly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and so warm at the same time. Panera is lucky to have someone like Jennifer on their team. Thank you for always making my visits so enjoyable!
