  This location will answer just to hang the phone up . Very unprofessional! Additionally I have now waited 30mins and still haven’t gotten my order. I will not be coming back to this location. Thanks.

  Typically I hate coming to this McDonald’s the staff is rude all of the time. The order is always messed up or I have to end up going back to get missing items. However today my visit started with a courteous employee name Joshua. He was engaging polite and answered my questions about the cookies that were missing from the menu. He greeted me and wished me a good day once he gave me my receipts. Then at the second window the gentlemen continued the elevated service. So thank you for changing my mind about this location. I do hope they continue with this service and morale!

  I ordered a strawberry shake and the Caucasian male gave me a vanilla shake and told me that he’s sure it taste like strawberry it’s just that they ran out of food coloring…..like be so for real ……i work for McDonald’s myself and i know you have to simply change the bag i had a rough day that i didn’t want to go argue about doing his job and parking me and changing the bag please train your people better and not give BS lies

  At this point I can’t wait till A.I take your jobs. Incompetence at its worst. They’re so lazy and forgetful it’s incredible. This is the last time I will ever order from this location. I ordered a 20pc with 3 sauces and received no sauce. Fries were soggy and inedible. Double cheeseburger was squished.

  You would think I would learn my lesson, but I have three kids that ask for it like kids do. Never worth it. Every single time they screw the order up. Didn’t get half my order, four drinks with no cupholder, drinks all have a couple cubes of ice, end up having to park and wait inside anyway despite using the app and drive thru. Don’t do it, they will waste your money and time, every time. And whoever is responding to these endless bad reviews (like the pic below) needs to be fired or if it’s the “owner” they need to be held accountable by the franchise, because that’s a shitty answer they’re giving everyone. And at the end of it all, the food was poor quality.
