- VWVeepka Westedt6 days ago1.0I can’t share anything about the service or atmosphere because my son picked up the donuts for me. I had done an online order . Three of the donuts I ordered weren’t available. Ok, fine but all donuts were at least a day old. I wish I would’ve just gone to Publix. They were literally stale! You go to the Donut shop because you want fresh, this was way too expensive for old donuts, that honestly should have been tossed.
- KMKristine MarcuseAug 9, 20261.0The female manager there today at 1:15 PM on 8/9/2026 would not process our mobile walking order until everyone one was taken care of in the drive thru and line even though the line was never ending. We waited there 15 minutes and watched as people came in ordered, were served and left. When I asked she said she would get to our order when they have time because we were a mobile walk-in. I asked again and again after a few minutes she was still ignoring our order. Even the cashier was going to make our order and she told him not to. We left after 20 minutes because she was being very rude at this point. She should not be allowed to manage and should be demoted or fired. Terrible customer service. Even people who were waiting in line and got served said they got there well after we did and said that it is ridiculous they wouldn’t make our order. If I could rate this a zero I would. She wouldn’t even give me her name when I asked her for it and told me I was embarrassing myself. She knew she was in the wrong so she didn’t want to share her first name so I wouldn’t be able to report her.

But manager telling employee that I must wait in a nasty tone, bullshit. This is one of 5 Dunkin’ Donuts owned by this franchise in the homestead area of Miami. If your going to the keys go to a cuben coffee shop, they at least want your business.
