  WORST customer service ever from the manager and all employees. They are rude and unprofessional. I had just placed my order and after he gave me my total I asked to add a bagel and he said they can’t add to orders or place a new one because there was someone behind me. Absolutely ridiculous

  I AM SO DISAPPOINTED I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS MANAGER ARLY !! Extremely unprofessional.. I told him I wanted a large matcha light ice.. and he told me it would look like it has less in the cup so I asked him to charge me more than it doesn’t matter he said he can’t do that … and I said ok just make the matcha how ever he comes . He refused to serve me and told me to leave.

  They say they open at 5:00 AM but they are never open, the cashier is always late, opening at 5:15/5:30 AM. They need to get the timing straight

  had a very disturbing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts (Dunkin’) located at 31201 SW 137th Ave in Homestead, FL on March 16, 2026 around 5:45 AM. When I walked in, the person at the front register was on his phone and told me to go to the pickup window to place my order instead of assisting me. He did not identify himself as a manager at that time. When I ordered a decaf caramel latte and politely asked that it not be too hot, the employee at the pickup area reacted with a clear attitude, shook his head, and walked away. When I asked what the issue was, the situation escalated. The employee began arguing with me, and the individual from the register — who later identified himself as the manager — immediately accused me of mistreating the employee, even though he had not witnessed the interaction. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager became confrontational, argued with me, refused to provide his name, and even stated that “the customer is not always right.” The most concerning part was that after I had already paid for my coffee, he threatened to call the police and accuse me of trespassing while I was simply waiting for my order. I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and honestly unsure about consuming the coffee I was given. This level of behavior from management is unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way.
