- RRRobert “Aze Gamez” Rivera4 days ago1.0I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Domino’s. I sent a message to corporate and never even got a response. I placed a carryout order that was supposed to be ready in about 15 minutes. When I arrived, the staff couldn’t find my order and had no idea what had happened to it. Instead of recognizing the problem, I spent nearly an hour while employees repeatedly tried different explanations, asking if I was at the correct store, asking for my phone number to look up the order again, and suggesting it may have been sent out for delivery. Eventually, they discovered the real issue: one of their own delivery drivers had mistakenly taken my carryout order and delivered it to someone else’s house. The entire time I was waiting, no one realized that was what had happened. As I became understandably frustrated after waiting so long, I expressed my concerns to a female employee. Before the situation could be resolved, a male employee stepped in. Instead of helping solve the problem, he responded by threatening me with violence. That was completely unacceptable and made an already bad experience much worse. I even told him that if none of the proposed explanations were fixing the issue, then someone needed to actually do something about it. Only then was my order finally remade from scratch—the solution that should have happened much earlier. I understand that mistakes happen, but making a customer wait nearly an hour because your own driver delivered the wrong order, failing to identify the problem, and then responding to a frustrated customer with threats is unacceptable. I hope management reviews both the order handling process and the conduct of the employees involved so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I always end up waiting much longer than expected. It’s very disappointing, especially when the pickup time is supposed to be accurate.
