  I give this place two stars only because the food was decent. The service was not. I came in around 8:29pm and I wanted hard shell tacos and the girl said she ran out. Then I went to get a veggie bowl and she said she didn't have black beans. I asked her fajitas and she said there was not any. She said I had to wait 10 mins on them. The girl working seem lazy and miserable. A few mins lady a Hispanic guy asked me what I was waiting on I told him fajitas. Then I said forget it because he told me to move because I was blocking the line. Meanwhile I was waiting on my food. The Hispanic guy was tall. Wore glasses, and had a hat on. I even heard him saying to the girl to relax and breathe. I felt like they could have done better with my order. Or just hire more people to help the short Hispanic girl out who was starting the orders for everyone when you first walk in the store. She looked very overwhelmed. I noticed the people behind me she didn't talk to them like she talk to me she was more friendlier to them. She just kept telling me that they don't have this. Weird experience. I personally wouldn't want to work or eat there anymore either to be honest.

  This chipotle must be audited the portion every time is smaller, and it is evident employees are not service the regular spoon size of the order including the rice and beans! This is crazy how this went from good service to extremely bad service and portion

  I really dislike coming to this location because of the customer service. The manager is consistently rude and unhelpful. During my most recent visit, my rewards code wasn’t working, and instead of trying to resolve the issue, she simply told me to use it on my next online order. Unfortunately, I avoid placing online orders at this location because the food quality is often inconsistent and not up to par. I always hope the manager won’t be there when I visit, but she almost always is, and every interaction feels unwelcoming. The atmosphere also seems to affect the staff. They appear hesitant to serve reasonable portions, almost as if they’re afraid of giving customers what they’re paying for. As a paying customer, I expect fair portions, quality food, and courteous service. This location has consistently fallen short in all three areas, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

  I want to start by saying that this review is based primarily on my experiences visiting this location in the evening, not in the morning. The few times I’ve come in early in the day, the staff has been friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant was well-stocked, and the overall experience was what I would expect from Chipotle. Unfortunately, the complete opposite seems to happen later in the day. This location is supposed to be open until 12:00 AM, yet whenever I visit between roughly 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM—hours before closing—they are consistently out of multiple ingredients. It has become so common that I now expect something to be unavailable every time I go. What’s even more frustrating is that when customers ask about missing items, the staff often seem annoyed or uninterested in helping. The customer service during these hours is drastically different from what I’ve experienced in the mornings. Employees frequently appear disengaged, unprofessional, and as though they would rather not be there. This isn’t a one-time issue. It’s been a recurring problem for a long time, and I’ve even submitted complaints about it before. Despite that, nothing seems to have changed. Running out of ingredients occasionally is understandable, but being consistently out of multiple items hours before closing is not. At this point, if you’re planning to visit this location late in the evening, I would strongly reconsider. Based on my experience, there’s a good chance they won’t have several menu items available, and the customer service may leave a lot to be desired. Very disappointing for a location that can clearly provide a much better experience earlier in the day
