  Had all dirty tables trash was overflowing employees were casually having fun and not doing anything. Before paying I asked if I could get a clean table to eat at. It never happened tables weren’t cleaned for an hour. The staff kinda laughed when I asked for a clean table. I’m sure there are bugs back there. I’m going to reach out to the city inspectors. This restaurant is in desperate need of new management.

  This location is filthy. Every trash can is full to the brim. Trash all over the floors and tables with left over trash and food. We asked for a table to be cleaned off so we could sit down and no one seemed to care. The drink station is full of ice and liquid with trash all over. They have a dirty work surface in the kitchen with a bottle of cleaner sitting by the food. 4 employees are in the kitchen chem talking and cutting up instead of cleaning this mess up. Horrible.   Hoy fui a recoger un pedido a las 3 de la tarde y la señorita que entrega los pedidos es súper grosera y nada amable!!! le pregunté amablemente que si ya estaba mi pedido, a lo que ella me calla haciendo "shhh" y me dijo que me esperara de una manera muy despectiva, le iba entregando los pedidos a las demás personas que llegaban y a mí me tenía esperando por mucho tiempo y al último me grito "Agárralo tú " de una forma muy grosera. Tengo una gran cantidad de personas que vamos ahí, incluyéndome a mí, ahora les contaré lo que pasó y no volveré a recomendar el lugar.

  Este lugar es muy sucio, los empleados no les importa limpiar nosiquiera donde sirven la comida. Tienen persona trabajando que no califican para service o mantener limpio. Da asco sentarse en las mesas , El Paso es muy sucio y los baños sucios y llenos de prin y basura. Seria bueno que el departmento de salud Les visitara. El personal que trabaja no son cortes y faltan El respeto a los clientes cuando no entienden lo que quiere. Hay muchos empleados pero la calidad de higiene y service es muy pobre.

  ⭐⭐⭐✨ (3.5) Chipotle Mexican Grill Golden day! 💛 I stopped by this Chipotle for a takeout order, and overall, I’d rate this visit 3.5 stars. The food itself was good, fresh, and met my expectations, and the restaurant was clean with a comfortable atmosphere. My biggest disappointment was the customer service. I made a couple of simple requests while my order was being prepared, and instead of being met with a welcoming attitude, there was some initial pushback that made me feel like my requests were an inconvenience. The team eventually honored what I asked for, and I appreciated that, but the interaction could have been much friendlier from the start. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food because it shapes the overall experience. A smile, positive attitude, and willingness to help can make a routine visit memorable. Fortunately, the food quality helped balance the experience, so I would still return and give this location another chance. Hopefully, on my next visit, the hospitality will match the quality of the food. 💛 Golden Tip: If you have special requests or customizations, don’t hesitate to ask. Just keep in mind that your experience may vary depending on who’s preparing your order. Every journey is an opportunity to learn, grow, and create GOLDEN memories.
