  Ordered wings and fries for delivery. Wings were way overcooked, with no seasoning (not even salt and pepper). TERRIBLE!!! Requested sauces, none were sent. Fries were COLD and tasted like they have been sitting around for hours. No ketchup for fries either. Awful

  Well the food was decent at least. So I came in today for the birthday special. At 329pm may 16th 2026 a tall gentleman I asked him if I can make adjustments to a birthday special deal I had since I'm not a big meat eater. I wanted either boneless or cauliflower. He said just ask and didn't see why it would be a problem. He was the host. He told me to go down to the togo specialist. Zena I think her name is and I asked her if I can make adjustments on my birthday order deal. She immediately said no without any concern. Very rude and pessimistic. She went in the back to ask a manager they said no. I even called this morning it was the same thing same girl. I really didn't care about the wings . It's just the attitude that Zena or zana I saw her name tag and a Hispanic girl had when it came to making an adjustment to a simple one item order. Coming here today it let me know they don't really care about concerns about conceq a customer. Even if it was a free meal The Hispanic girl was all least cordial after the fact. but was still kinda weird when I asked for a small request. I'm not sure if I will be back. They made a big deal out of a small one item order. When zana was taking my order she asked if I wanted bone in or boneless. I asked why can't I get cauliflower since it's still under wings.right? I felt like they could have made the adjustment. Just being lazy.

  The place is empty and the service is trash! We waited 15 mins to get someone to the counter to be able to order to go. I asked twice if anyone was coming and we what received as an answer was in a minute both times. No one ever came. How can there be so many workers and no one attending the to go order section. There were 7 people waiting for their orders and one person left who also wanted to order. This place either needs new management or needs to close and put something else there.

  Ordered through their website for delivery via DoorDash. The food arrived very cold, which was disappointing given the cost of delivery and service fees. On top of that, an item was completely missing from the order. When I reached out, I was only offered a food credit, which doesn’t really resolve missing food or the poor quality of what was delivered. At that point, it feels frustrating as a customer to still be charged full price for an incomplete order. Overall, very disappointing experience and not what I expected from a place I’ve ordered from before.
