  Awful manager. I was in there to pick up donuts and coffee for the hospital volunteers. I walked right out after hearing the awful way the manager was speaking to her employees. People have feelings.

  Unfortunately, I give it one star. Because of management, I had a very bad experience. Witnessing the manager, talk down to an employee, very rude to do in front of customers. It made me feel very uncomfortable. And I felt so bad for the young lady. She really needs to work on her management skills.

  Good service by the counter staff however the staff member who was “making” the coffee was constantly scratching his beard and 3 feet long hair. Then touching the food! Gross!! Get a hairnet or learn to stop scratching yourself while at work. Absolutely a turn off and will never return. I wonder what goes on in the back….

  Management needs anger management. It’s embarrassing to be in the store ordering and seeing the manager on duty yelling and insulting her staff. Learn to speak to people respectfully. Regardless if they’re doing something incorrectly or not. It’s never okay to speak to your staff that way. I’ll be leaving a complaint with corporate too. There’s a reason why your staff doesn’t respect you. Respect is a two way street.
