They claim they're short staffed and I saw at least 3 employees inside. There was no one in the drive through line. Clearly they turn down business and collect their hourly wages. There was two other cars in the parking lot who were declined service and we all crossed to Mc Donald’s.

- CCCharline CharlesMay 11, 20261.0I just had the worst experience at Taco Bell. I placed a mobile order and specifically customized my food the way I wanted it. When I received my order, it was completely wrong. I went back politely and asked if they could remake it, and they made me wait in front of the door for more than 20 minutes just to come back and say they were out of beef and chicken even though a delivery truck had just arrived. I asked what they still had available, and they said cantina chicken, so I agreed to that instead. They still managed to mess up my order again. They gave me a ranch stacker with no meat, and my cheesy double beef burrito came with beans and nacho cheese even though I specifically asked for no nacho cheese. What makes it even worse is that the cheesy double beef burrito doesn’t even normally come with beans, so I don’t understand why they added beans to my burrito in the first place. The staff was rude and showed no respect or concern for customers. I’m very frustrated and definitely will not be going back to this location.

We're stuck, they're broken and this happens all the time don't get sucked in this is a terrible location. It is mismanaged and a disgrace to the neighborhood.
