  If I could give service 100 stars I would. Walked in this location with my kids and it was packed like at least 10 ppl and 1 staff worker . I almost didn't want to stay but I did. The server ALTA did her job gracefully, effortlessly and did not fall into pressure with multitasking .I hope this location knows she was kind ,calm, served and provided great service. It did not go unnoticed. And she deserves a raise,promotion, recognition. I applaud you Ms.ALTA

  I’ve been a regular at this location for a little over 2 years now and I work down the street. I usually place an online order for pick up once a week. I come around the afternoon when I know Paz is working. I love walking in and immediately she knows who I am! She’s so nice and my orders are always made on time. Her attention to me and my orders keeps me coming back!

  I recently ordered two Meatball Subs from this Subway, and upon arriving home, I was appalled to find that the meatballs were practically frozen. It's an incredibly disappointing experience to receive a "cold" hot sub, and unfortunately, consuming it made me extremely sick, resulting in severe stomach issues and vomiting. Following this unpleasant incident, I immediately reached out to their customer service online, where I was assured that someone would contact me via email to address the situation. However, despite waiting well over two weeks, I have yet to receive any form of communication or acknowledgment from the company. I even attempted to call the store directly, but unfortunately, my calls went unanswered. It's disheartening to note that neither the manager nor any of the staff appear to be concerned about the issue or willing to offer any assistance. In light of my extremely negative experience, I feel it's my responsibility to warn other customers that this particular Subway location seems to be completely uninterested in resolving customer complaints or providing satisfactory service.
