I came to take a sub after shop at Walmart on Wednesday night and the guy working here didn’t want to take my order, extremely rude and racist ! With music so loud working with a speaker that he couldn’t listen so unprofessional I had to leave because it was NOBODY at the store and he was so mean and didn’t take my order ! WORST SUBWAY EVER

I travel 12 miles to find a subway. I’m so happy that they had one in Walmart,. When I walked in, I saw a Walmart, sitting down and no subway employee at the workstation. I also saw that the gate was blocking the entrance.. I asked Walmart, security and they told me that the gentleman had stepped out and he would be right back. I stood there patiently waiting and waiting I have back but in regardless, I didn’t wanna leave without getting what I came for since I saw the other lady Walmart, already sitting inside the restaurant. I pull the gate and the set and waited. 10 minutes later, the gentleman comes reprimanding me for sitting down in the restaurant. She said when the gate is closed, I’m not supposed to enter. I replied that the other woman was sitting inside. He responded that she was a Walmart employee.. in my mind I’m thinking when did customer courtesy become an afterthought? Rather than argue, I waited for the gentleman to come in and make my order. He was making it. I made a suggestion to him that I thought would’ve been helpful to customers. If you’re leaving we’re taking a break. Just leave a note. I’ll be back in 10 minutes. Be back in 20 minutes. That way customers can leave and come back. He insisted that that wasn’t necessary. He doesn’t have time for that. He’s not writing any notes if the gate is closed the place is closed and you’re not supposed to come in.. I explain to him that what about your customers they don’t know when you’re coming back or if you’re coming back. He said it doesn’t matter when it’s closed. It’s closed. We don’t have time to write notes.. and explain that you don’t have to write a note. There are already written notes that you can just hang up that say be back in five be back in 10 he says no we don’t have time for writing notes.. I love subways, but we have to stop becoming so impersonal. You have to not let computers and technology make us insensitive to the needs of customers. I hope you guys will come up with a better solution than this.

The person assisting me today was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The level of service I received was absolutely deplorable and unacceptable. I felt treated with contempt throughout the entire interaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances due to the terrible customer service experience.

I went inside of Walmart did some shopping, decided to stop by subway to get a six inch sub. I ask the guy that was working for extra cheese and proceeded to ask me if I wanted extra extra cheese. I told him no, then he asked me how many slices of cheese do I want. I ask him how many slices of cheese come on the sub already he said one, then he said two. So I said is it one or two, he said two. So I said extra cheese will be two slices right. He said no, then he said he is not going to argue with me, and wasn’t going to service me any more. He walked off from me and left me standing there, so I left. I couldn’t get his name but I was there around 6:00 PM on 05/06/2026. He was the only one on the shift. He needs to learn customer service.
