  My experience at Pollo Tropical was great overall. The customer service was amazing, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the food came out quickly. The meal was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, especially for the affordable pricing. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and the fast service made the experience even better. For the quality, portion sizes, and price, it’s definitely a place I would visit again.

  2 stars are for the overall team they work well together wish I could give them 4 stars Some young kids working but working hard too. The problem is the store doesn’t go in order when you order mobile order. I waited over 20 min and only asked about my order once, then 15 min later politely asked the manager could she please check on my order. She immediately caught an attitude n called me impatient when she walked away. I was very patient and polite and she was rude obv didn’t know how long I stood there— I’m super upset it was uncalled for—she needs to rearrange that. Red shirt no name tag 🫢

  Disappointing experience at Pollo Tropical. I tried adding an item at the drive-thru window, but the employee refused because she was “on a timer.” As a business owner, I find it surprising when a company prioritizes speed metrics over customer service and additional sales opportunities. Customer experience should always come first.

  Affordable chicken, rice and beans meal. Chicken was seasoned well so was the rice and beans. Would return.

  Fuí hoy para cenar y no me gustó para nada el pollo 🐣 🐔 tropical que esta ubicado en FORT LAUDERDALE en DANIA BEACH al lado del CHASE BANK, pagué $ 20,30 pedí para cenar arros blanco, frijoles negros y pollo y me dieron muy poquito pollo 🐔 a parte para tomar pedí un granizado de mango 🥭 y un flan, la atención es pésima, mala, malisima, no saben atender al público en general, cuando pedí el flan no me dieron la cucharilla me tuve que levantar de mi silla 💺 y tuve que pedirla
