  This is not the first, or the second, not even the 3rd…..this is the 6th time this has happened. (twice through Uber) I do not understand how this keeps happening here and it’s usually during the night shift. I’m obviously talking loud enough to say ONLY Ketchup and Mayo as it is showing up on the receipt and I’m consistently getting Onions when I did not request it. I do not understand what the issue is here. If it happened once or twice fine but this is ridiculous.

  My husband was perturbed after a horrible experience at the McDonald's on Nova Dr. My husband was greeted by Kim, who busy assisting other customers; nonetheless, she was very professional and polite! My interaction with Kim was seamless and [ her quick responsiveness]. My husband spoke with Antonio [Manager on Duty] about the exceptional service he received. Kim continue being a ROCKSTAR!!!

  From all the McDonald's locations I've eaten, this one was the best, nuggets was hot fresh and crispy, burger was also very good and fresh

  Worst McDonald’s ever! The worst service ever. I’ve had so many issues with this location and the workers are rude and slow. Waited 25 minutes for one sandwich. Ridiculous.

  Unfortunately, this location is usually the first pick due to being so close to home but as of recent the service has been terrible. As soon as the sun comes down, the service from all employees drops to 0. There is no sense of urgency, there’s no helpfulness or respect. There’s been multiple occasions where my friends or myself come and they state they’re closed when they’re open 24/7. Are they getting paid to sit there and twiddle their thumbs? It’s a fast food restaurant. Why does it take 40+ minutes to get a simple meal? I sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes to pick up a mobile order. They told me and several other customers that they’re lobby closes at 9pm?? There’s a lady who’s a manager who refuses to share her name who constantly has a bad attitude and it appears that whenever she’s on the clock, the service is worse than any other I’ve seen. Jesus, just wanted a damn medium fry and I have to deal with her constant ragebait.
