  NOT KID FRIENDLY. This is the 2nd time I come here and the owner is rude about my 4 year old. My first time in as soon as I walked in the door the owner told me he didn’t allow children to run around. I told him to not worry my daughter was very well mannered. I ordered the sandwich that was to be honest very good. I gave it a second chance sense I was right next door and this time and My daughter brought her Oreos to eat while we waited for the sandwich. He came rudely and told me he didn’t allow outside food or drinks. My daughter was not making a mess eating her Oreos calmly and cleanly. And told him the water was from his place not mine . He said well no Oreos. Honestly being in an environment were should be chill but you feel like they are watching you every step of the way is in no way relaxing at all. I couldn’t even finish my food just wanted to leave. So yea if you have kids don’t come here because this man doesn’t want children in his bakery.

  The place was excellent, as always, and the sandwich was delicious. The only issue I had was with the person working at the register. I was on a FaceTime call and had my phone resting on one of the sugar containers. The cashier, in a rather rude manner and in front of everyone, told me to please put the sugar container back where it belonged. I apologized and immediately did so, but I don’t think the situation was handled in the best way. After that, she didn’t even look at me when she said, “Thank you.” I visit this place often, and nothing like this has ever happened before. Her attitude was simply not the most appropriate. Other than that, the atmosphere, the food, and everything else were excellent.

  I am extremely disappointed with the way my family was treated today at your restaurant today. All we asked for was a small side of jam for our 5-year-old's toast. The five year olds order was salmon on toast and we were forgoing the sour cream, dill, capers, tomato, basil and olive Oil. Still, I wanted to make sure this wasn’t a money issue, so I explained I would be willing to pay for the jam, but the employee flat out refused, saying, "I don't have a button in my computer for jam. Would you like to order anything else?” So I asked if she could share the name of the manager, who she said is Ennie. And based on the tone and attitude of her response, I knew it was probably a good training opportunity for a manager, owner or supervisor. When I asked for her own name she refused and pointed to a sign behind the counter that said she reserves the right to refuse service. In the picture, you can see how proud she was to put what could Only be her ego ahead of properly serving the restaurant and its patrons. This was also after waiting over 20 minutes to order, and the bill would have totaled well over $100 for two adults and one child to eat.

  ⭐️ One Star The service I received here was not great. The workers were not pleasant and seemed completely disinterested in serving customers. There was no welcoming or positive environment in this establishment, and the overall experience was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, the food and portions are nowhere near worth the hefty price tag. Neither of the two sandwiches I ordered looked anything like they were advertised. The sandwiches themselves were mediocre at best, which makes the prices even more difficult to justify. Having rude and unwelcoming service is bad enough, but when you add overpriced, underwhelming food on top of it, it makes for a very poor experience. This is partly on me for not reading the reviews before trying a new place, but simply put, this establishment is overpriced for the mediocre sandwiches they serve. Save yourself the money and make a sandwich at home, with bread you’ve left on the counter for a few days and you’ll have the very same sandwiches they sell here for a quarter of the price.

  Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience here and left without ordering anything. I go to pull the door to walk in as we’re in Florida and that’s how the doors usually work, and it was a *push door and I didn’t notice, so once I walked in both the women at the front were laughing at me. Cool, would’ve been fine if they played it off laughed with me instead of at me. But, then on top of that I didn’t receive a greeting or hello- just stares. I go to ask for the menu and the first words to me out of the women’s mouth is “ you can’t bring outside drinks in here” ( I had a green tea from a shop nearby) which is fair so I respond with “will I be able to order for takeout instead.” To which the women said it was fine. But as I was browsing the menu the stale vibes were throwing me off and I couldn’t bring myself to give this place any business based on the rude service their workers provide. It’s just not a place I would feel good giving business. It sucks because the sandwiches look really pretty.
