  On Saturday, June 27th, 2026, I went to this Hollywood Boulevard location and found it operational without air conditioning. While patrons were eager to order, we would have been understanding if the facility wasn't open. Nonetheless, I believe the manager should have been present to motivate the staff and provide guidance in such conditions. It was 94° outside and it was hotter in the restaurant. Hats off to the Janay who served and did it with a smile and never once complained. She deserves a raise for even working in that condition.

  Today I went in 6/8/2026 I didn't like the Attitude of the Cashier or the Sandwich Maker! Both have no Customer Service, The get mad because I asked them about the Veggies,I said he never asked me what I wanted on my Sandwich..The young lady says oh you supposed to tell him ,how he just gave me A Receipt and walk off..I will not come here again Poor Service.

  The cashier in the front is RUDE! Plain and simple . Not friendly, not pleasant at all. Can’t remember his name but he was working Sunday in the afternoon.

  If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Driver forgot my order but when he returns they’ll bring my food..11:10 it’s now 12:20 I called and they offered to comp something ok?? I said the meal the rude manager said “ you’re pushing it “ I’m pushing it when your driver forgot my order and it’s been over an hour ? Still waiting for my refund lol. This is why they haven’t had a lot of business and they come around giving out free little sandwiches to get business. Clean house new staff fresh start maybe things will change.
