  HUGE, and I mean huge, props to Taina. She is always really kindhearted and i truly appreciate the effort she puts into remembering my order now that i've came for a few years now. Everyone there is very welcoming, if i could give this place a 6 I 100% would!

  Leah was super friendly and helpful when it came to flavors, (im suuuuuuper indecisive, sorry Leah!😂) and she made me and my fam feel welcomed! You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. Definitely appreciate the great service she gave, will be getting ice cream every time while shopping at the mall now!

  Had a really great experience at Hagen Dazs. Tania and Perla were both super friendly, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. They had great attitudes and really took care of us. Definitely appreciate the excellent service!

  I placed an order through the app, but there was no option to add cream to the order. When I arrived at the location, I was told that I needed to pay an additional charge for the cream. I was also told that I placed the order through DoorDash, which is not correct—I ordered directly through the app. Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. The app should clearly indicate any additional charges or provide the option to add the requested items when placing the order.

  I always get the white chocolate rasberry truffle ice cream it is the best flavor. The staff at this location is so friendly. They are energetic and always offer samples. I look forward to this treat every time I’m at the mall
