  I love this ice cream shop! Very professional environment. The employees definitely take pride in their work! Great service! Not to mention, the coffee is amazing!

  We had the absolute best experience while visiting this location! I had briefly mentioned to my husband that I needed to be careful with my allergies to nuts and chocolate. Chris heard me and after I'd ordered the New York Strawberry Cheesecake he took it upon himself to wash the equipment before he prepared the cup without asking. I definitely thanked him because it isn't often an employee will take the initiative to prevent a reaction. He was very humble and kind, but deserves the kudos for going above and beyond with the customer service. If you're in the area, then you will know this location is fantastic with both their employees and dedication to safety. Well deserved 5 stars!!

  If you are looking for quality tasting creamy serve in a dish, perhaps look elsewhere. Tastes right out of the freezer. I would recommend walking just a little further to Ben and Jerry’s and it costs less!

  Hollywood beach is one of my favorite Haagen-Dazs! Great quality and service, Shewanda and her staff are great and my family loves it here..... and im the type to stick to one or certain tastes but she always finds a way to make me love a new and different flavor
