  I absolutely love this Häagen-Dazs location in Hollywood Beach! The entire staff is always so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They do a great job keeping an eye on the line, and even when it gets busy and there are long lines, they make sure everything stays organized and the line keeps moving smoothly. The ice cream is absolutely delicious, with an amazing variety of flavors. The store is always very clean and well maintained, both inside and outside. I also love that they have tables where you can sit, enjoy your ice cream, and take in the beautiful Hollywood Beach views. This is 100% my guaranteed stop every time I visit Hollywood Boulevard and whenever I’m craving a really delicious ice cream. Highly recommend this location! 🍦❤️

  I skate on the beach everyday and get a pomegranate smoothie made from frozen fruit and 8oz Pomegranate juice. It is great

  This ice cream shop has always delivered from flavor selection to customer service. Shay is always so welcoming and has even remembered my morning coffee order! I will continue to recommend this location to everyone.

  Horrible Customer service. They charged my card twice, while I was There I Brought it up to their attention and they allowed me to know they couldn’t do anything in person I’ll have to call back after the charge stopped pending and they will be able to assist me. I called Today and the shift leader Joshua was very Dismissive, not even allowing me to talk and said there was nothing he could do over the phone. And told me he already knew the story of what had happened. Insinuating that I was Lying about the double charge, Although while I was there, I did show the staff the double charge on my phone. UPDATE: the general manager Shay called & spoke with me regarding this incident & made things right. Thank you for taking the time to hear me out & understand what happened.
