- CSChadwick StarkMay 9, 20261.0I’ve been in the drive-through for seven minutes and the line hasn’t moved. I am a regular customer. Starting to feel like I can’t come here anymore because it takes 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. I’m not sure what happened to this place it used to be efficient.

He make me an english muffin with chicken when he give me the bag and open it ,the sandwich did not look good and even the bag smell like a mothballs .The area around the side of the Donkin donut, looks dated and dirty . Ask for a receipt and he said ,the receipt machine is not working but he did not mention anything before . Try to call the place to get a refund and no one answered.Had to trow out the food asp .

Other team members are also rude and consistently get my orders wrong. I thought the mistakes were because they were busy but it seems to be a leadership and/or process issue.
