Jose was really rude to me, this is not an lgbt inclusive place, even when I asked another person for this man’s name they didn’t wanna tell me. Jst warning yall to consider going there as a queer person. I’m really disappointment. PROTECT THE DOLLS.

Had a couple hours to kill before my flight decided to stop by D and B. I didn't eat any food and only briefly talked to an employee. This is the biggest location I have ever seen, tons of games to play.

**Horrible Service – Great Place for Kids, but Avoid the Restaurant!** We had a very disappointing experience with the service at Dave & Buster’s. We wanted to do the Play & Eat package, but we were told we had to go to the bar to order it. When we got there, the bartender told us we had to sit down. I sat with my kids while my husband ordered a beer and we waited for a server. However, the bartender then told us we had to go to a table to wait. After waiting 10–15 minutes with no one assisting us and my kids getting desperate to play, my husband finally gave up and went to the front to purchase the game cards himself. I spoke with the manager, who was very nice and helpful. He assisted us with getting our food, and I truly appreciated his effort. Unfortunately, the server’s attitude was completely unacceptable. She came over visibly annoyed, rolled her eyes repeatedly, talked about us to the bartender, and both continued staring at us rudely. When we asked for drinks for the kids, she practically threw them on the table. The bartender’s hygiene was also concerning. Her extremely long nails kept going inside the drinks, which was honestly disgusting and made us uncomfortable. Dave & Buster’s is an amazing place for kids to play, and my children had a great time. However, the dining experience was absolutely terrible. The lack of professionalism, rude attitudes, and poor service completely ruined what should have been a fun family outing. **My advice: Enjoy the games, but don’t waste your time eating here. You’re better off going to a restaurant before or after your visit.**
