  Nice clean atmosphere for kids, parties or gathering or events. Plenty of areas to accommodate lots of fun games to play at a reasonable price.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and smelled terrible. Cleanliness should be a basic priority in any establishment serving food, and unfortunately, it was seriously lacking here. The service was just as bad. To eat, you have to choose a table and then wait for a waitress to eventually come acknowledge you. Every time, we waited around 25 minutes just for someone to come to our table. The staff seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and incredibly slow. Easily some of the worst service I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it either. We found the taste extremely unpleasant, with a foul smell and strange seasoning that we simply could not enjoy. Considering how much you’re already paying for the arcade, the overall experience is absolutely not worth the price. Between the poor cleanliness, painfully slow service, disappointing food, and high prices, I genuinely don’t understand the hype. Definitely would not return or recommen

  Came all the way from mtl , service is terrible , beyond terrible , waited 25 minutes just to be acknowledged with 10 member staff, each saying i’m not the waitress or waiter , i just do nothing and walk like a dummy all night. So sad, if i was CEO , i would fire almost everyone and start from scratch, its messy, filthy dirty, the bathrooms are pathetic , what happened to this place used to be fun for kids and adults. Now you charge me 50$ for a kids card with meal, to get the worse experience for them and me. Honestly , you guys should rebrand, refocus and refigure ways to make it welcoming and fun as it was pre-covid. Food is disgusting , i wouldn’t even serve it to animals for them. Terrible , sorry , we work too hard and too much , to spend a saturday night with unprofessional establishment, and more so , a zoo of a company that lacks the proper customer service excellence . Take your money elsewhere, i hope this message gets to the bosses and higher ups, coming from an owner of businesses in montreal , you guys will soon put the key in the door and close down . Sad to see and feel for the kids .

  Came out for a date night. Had dinner on the restaurant side and the service sucked, but the food was good. Then we moved to game side and had a great time. My bartender, Erin, was amazing! Super fast and attentive, very friendly and nice. The games were fun. It was vibe. If you come, go straight to the game side bar.

  Food took over an hour to come out. Every check was put in wrong. They charged my card incorrectly twice and the manager tells me "sorry". No wonder its a dying business with the worst people behind the counters EDIT: Also forgot to mention, DO NOT let them take your photo. It was fed through an Ai image maker without my consent to make ugly looking prints that no one wanted. Disgusting and horrible practices. Never going back because my likeness was stolen and fed to an AI program
