  We ordered two bowls and asked for additional rice and black beans for one of them. We always get extra rice and black beans due to the fact that this is all we get with no additional toppings. This bowl also had double chicken which we always paid for. The female server got upset right at the beginning of our order due to her not listening and rushing us through the line. This started off our bad experience and continued after we paid we noticed additional charges for the rice and black beans. This has never happened before at any other Chipotle locations and it was totally due to the server telling the cashier to charge us more. When we went back to the counter the server was very combative and unprofessional. We spoke we the manager on duty Sylvia Ramirez and she was not helpful at all. No where on the menu board does it show a charge for additional rice and beans @ $1.60 per item. The server name was Rosario and we expect a call back from corporate concerning this visit.

  Great food and quick service! I love how customizable the bowls are, and the fresh ingredients really make a difference. The staff is always friendly, making it a go-to spot whenever I'm in the area.

  After seeing what the CEO said about portions with the food I’ve decided after 2+ years to give chipotle another chance; I was highly disappointed not only with the food but the service I received. I got a chicken bowl and noticed I got a LOT of rice, I than get the chicken but it was a real small amount so I asked for a little bit more chicken not double but a little more the women was hesitant to scoop more chicken. Than the other women on the line said “don’t worry I’ll handle this” proceeded to ask what else I wanted I said tomato, she than gave me the biggest scoop of tomato and with an attitude said “you want more you want more” with a mean face on. I got guac which she than aggressively scooped the guac than threw on my bowl; I asked once more for a little bit more chicken because it was a very small amount of protein the first women didn’t even make it a full scoop, when she scooped the chicken again (the second women with the attitude) it was I kid you not no more than 4 small chicken pieces and threw it into my bowl with such negativity. I showed the cashier the official video of what the chipotle CEO said about portions and to ask for more if the amount is inadequate and she didn’t care and told me they don’t do that but I can ask for as many veggies as I want.. On top of all that the place was dirty, multiple customers kept asking for straws as there were none by the beverages and the environment itself seemed to be rushing to get you out of there even though they weren’t slammed at all. I’m very disappointed in this location and just over this place.

  I ordered an online order to be ready at 3:10 and when I got there it was packed, AC was broken, and when the app said my food was ready, it wasn't. The workers were so rude and I waited 25 minutes before asking how much longer it would be, just for them to say 40 minutes. I asked for a refund since they hadn't even started my order and they said they could not. Now I have to call Chipotle to get a refund. Service was so rude and I ended up just not getting my food.

  I was appalled and frankly quite shocked to see how terrible this chipotle was. I personally am a chipotle lover but this experience has me livid. I pre ordered on the app and when i arrived it said my order was ready. I walk into the chipotle only to see a bunch of people waiting and a severely understaffed kitchen. On top of that there was no air conditioning so all the customers were sweating. I waited for a long time as people kept gathering and not one person got their order. My order should’ve been there if the app said it’s already ready. If you are running behind on orders and understaffed don’t accept more orders. If you do decide to accept more orders don’t mark them as complete so the order no longer appears on the screen and waste my money and time. We now have to figure out how to get our money back since I did not receive my order. I’m very disappointed and upset.
