When I walked in, I was the only customer and the employee was the only person there. Despite that, the service was very poor. The employee greeted me with a bad attitude and looked annoyed, as if he didn’t want to be there. He seemed more focused on texting on his phone than helping me. When I asked for sample, he gave me almost nothing. I thought maybe it was just that flavor, so I asked for another one, but the same thing happened again. I ended up buying the ice cream only because my daughter really likes this place, but honestly, the customer service was terrible. I hope management can improve the service, because the product itself is good, but the experience was not.
