  The lobby was devoid of any condiments, napkins or soda fountain. The tables were dirty and there was even a dirty sock left on a bench. The orders took forever to come out and then 40% were wrong. Then staff got into a fight in the kitchen.

  Have yet to go into a McDonald's here in Florida where you see any staff and you will be standing at the cou ter for a good 5 minutes before any staff acknowledge you. Very poor service.

  Well it's like any other McDonalds until 11pm to 4am. Then it becomes McBlunders, like someone else stated hour long line in the drive thru, only to find out "their out of food". As well as for some reason it's the only McBlunders open in this entire area 24 hours. That why it's always busy at this location. Curticy of corporate greed. The clown say it all.

  I live right next door and just walked over for a meal, but I will never step foot inside this location again. The atmosphere was dim and completely empty. They've removed the soda machines, leaving just the ordering screens and a single employee at the front desk. When I was trying to figure out what to order, the lady at the register heavily pressured and rushed me. The interaction made me so uncomfortable that I went back to the desk to ask questions and ultimately requested a refund. Instead of offering basic customer service, I was flatly denied my money back and told my only options were to 'take the food or leave.' Absolutely horrible service. I refuse to go inside or even use the app for pickup anymore. If I ever eat here again, it will strictly be through DoorDash so I don't have to deal with this staff.

  I don't leave reviews often but I had to leave one for this. I came after my 12 hour shift at work, I got off at 3am and wanted a cheeseburger, I placed a mobile order and as I came up to the speaker I was yelled at that their system was down and would be back up in 15-30 minutes so I went and parked my car to wait for the system to reboot. I then called the store to check if their system was back up and they told me by the time it would be back up they would be serving only breakfast and that I would have to just deal with getting a refund and hung up. This is the second time this has happened. I won't be returning and some training into speaking with customers should be addressed. Also to add insult to injury three of them were just standinh outside in their uniforms out front while at least in the time I was waiting turned away like 6 or more cars wanting to order. Sincerely someone else who works in the food industry. I'd love to hear back on what y'all plan to do about this.
