  Ordered online, claim they didn’t get my order, but it sure did charge my card…. Why do you only accept Apple Pay online and on the app. No other choices. We’ll never coming back here. Dispute filed with cc comp!

  Beware the heavy set blonde manager is a nasty human being , she was rude to me from the beginning and then she wouldn't let a diabetic women having a medical emergency use the bathroom without paying for something and even after I bought a cookie on behalf of the women so she could use the bathroom she tried to make her wait till my sandwich was made before handing her the key , it was only when I went to reach over the counter and grab the key myself that she gave it to her , and after all this she shorted me my cookie lol , what a trashy place

  I can't believe they were open 24 hrs!!! Thank you Tina, you did a great job!!! I definitely will be returning. Store was clean as well...

  I do not understand how hard it is to read an order on a sheet and pick the right bread. Also, they are not very busy most of the time. Yet, somehow they continue to keep putting wrong sandwiches in different customer orders which leads to people getting the wrong sandwiches when they are picked up or via DoorDash/Uber. Three times in a row they have done this to us and the incompetency is appalling. This store needs immediate attention from the franchise owner. It is sad that I have to say this in this review. If you are picking up a sandwich, do not leave without looking at the sandwich and verifying it is the correct one. Or if it even has the right bread for that matter. Which is insane to think about as it’s extremely easy to read what kind of bread you need from an order sheet. The only saving grace about this location is that it is extremely clean most of the time. Despite it being in a ratty strip mall, it is probably the best looking store in there. The staff are extremely unprofessional and lack any type of customer soft skills. A customer does not need to know about your life stories and drama that is going on in your lives. Every member of this team needs to be retrained as I have never gone in there and not had some kind of unprofessional thing happen with any of the people that are hired.

  This location used to be good. I placed an online order and when I got there I needed to use the restroom, so I asked for the key, the blond girl behind the counter says to me "you need to purchase something" (real nasty like) and when I told her I already did, she gave me the key to the restroom. I got my order and the special instructions weren't followed. The dark haired girl wasn't wearing a visor or anything, she had her hair (long hair) in a ponytail and slung over her shoulder while making subs. SMH By them pulling the whole "you have to purchase something in order to use the restroom" is very illegal!
