- KGKevin Gray2 days ago1.0I don't know if it's this location or just dunkin' donuts in general, but their breakfast and food selection is terrible. Coffee drinks are standard acceptable, but what they try and pass off as some kind of food at a highly inflated price is disgusting.

I asked for 25 munchkins (jelly and chocolate) they gave me 5 chocolate. Like come on man. The drinks were not full and my croissant was mistaken for a bagel. SERIOUSLY

So if I could give no stars i would complete lack of any customer service or even decency!! Keep up the great work

This location especially has had a quality shift since last year and not in a good direction. The sour dough never gets toasted. More like heated enough that it creates steams. Making it a very soggy sad breakfast sandwich. The coffee tastes very watered down. I get a hot mocha. Aside from the lacking taste. I want to take a nap after drinking instead of sharp ready for work. My cheap donut shop Keurig gets me motivated but a large Duncan puts me to sleep... Like are you trying to pass off old decaf? The staff is still pretty friendly and that's a plus but with the economy and gas prices the way they are. I can't waste my time and money on the gamble this location does a good job today. I hope the right people see this and get this location back in track.
