- CSChitra SharmaApr 30, 20261.0Extremely disappointed today with the service at this location on [04/30 at 12.30 Pm]. The employee working (Teenage Girl) at the counter was incredibly rude and dismissive. If people are just walking to the store doesn't mean they don't have money in their pocket. I been going to this store from 3 months regularly and never had any issue with anyone. Not just her all of the crew except the dude today treated us like we are homeless. I asked her for the water added to my order she was like ohh you have money you have to pay for it. I was like I don't mind paying for it but you don't need to be rude and treat us like we don't have no money. Management really needs to train the staff on this matter. We were treated terribly and felt discriminated against. No customer should be spoken or treated like this anywhere.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
